Cyberathlete Professional League

The Cyberathlete Professional Leaguewas founded by Angel Munoz back in June 1997. This competition was launched at Dallas Texas. This is a tournament organization that specializes on console video games and computer competitions. This is considered as the mother of all computer games competitions. This game is now help at different continents such as Asia, Latin America, Europe, the United States and Australia. The people who can join this competition must be 17 years old and above, because of the ESRB content rating. Besides the age bracket, this competition is open to all.

Gamecaster

The Gamecaster Inc. innovated the first video game camera, which is now used in every computer game competitions. Computer game competitions can now be seen and follow easily because of this innovative technology. Having a computer game competition without the virtual camera control technology, or the video game camera, is impossible. This company hosted the Battlefield 2142 Invitational back in 2006.

World Cyber Games

This is an international computer games event. This is operated by a Korean company called the World Cyber Games Inc. This company is also backed by Samsung for five years already. “Beyond the Game” is the official tag line of this company. They also have a documentary with the title the same as the tag line. They held their first festival back in 2001. This is one of the most important festivals in the computer gaming world.
